High-intensity interval training (HIIT)

The Woman's High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) could be just what you are looking for! The HIIT is a women's only fitness class that consists of Kick-Boxing and Boxing for short intense periods of anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods to bring out the fighter in you!

The HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise workout that will improve your athletic capacity and condition, while at the same time improving your glucose metabolism and your body’s ability to burn fat.

What’s the class about?

The HIIT class is be done at near maximum intensity. The number of workload will depend on each exercise but some exercises are as little as just 30 seconds work, with a maximum of 60 seconds work.

Each class is a combination of: 
    * Cardio Kick-Boxing
    * Cardio Boxing for Fitness

What are the HIIT Benefits?

HIIT increases your heart rate so much that even after the workout and up to 48hrs later your body continues to burn fat effectively. It also improves your blood’s ability to take up oxygen. To sum it up, HIIT will improve your overall performance.

What if I haven’t exercised for a while?

That’s fine. The classes are structured so you can rest when you want too.
