A group personal training program specifically designed to lose weight safely. If you sign up, there will be no excuses or second chances. You will be punctual and committed to give your 100% at all times. Every waking moment is an opportunity for you to excel and be more. Don't waste your life. It may be your only one.
The weightloss challenge consists of three 60 min sessions per week: Tues, Thurs from 6-7am; Sat from 7-8 am.
classes consist of a warm-up, main activity and a cool down. Each class is
different so there is no way the body can adapt and become stagnant! Troy makes sure you use your time efficiently for maximum results.
Whatever your fitness level, Troy provides a fun, motivating and challenging environment. Preregistration is REQUIRED as groups are limited to 10 people.

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6-7am; Saturdays: 8-9 am
