The 4-wk Booty Challenge is a Boot Camp just for girls (of all ages)! The training is specifically designed to get you fit, get your metabolism burning faster and target the bits of your body that girls care about - flat stomachs, shapely legs and toned arms.
"I'm not fit enough" is simply not a valid excuse. We make it our mission to get every woman fit and then fitter, even if you have not been training for years (or ever!).
There is no need to wear make-up or fancy clothes. Just be yourself and try your hardest. We'll encourage/cajole*/push you, but only to get the best out of you.
(*Cajole: gentle urging, especially in the face of reluctance)
Each class is different
* small groups (max. 12 girls)
* outdoor sessions
* full fitness assessment prior to the course
* boxing for fitness classes
* resistance training
* core-strengthening exercises (yoga, pilates, fitball)
This challenge designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, tone your thighs, bum, arms and to increase your metabolism. Troy has the knowledge, skills and the time to focus on you as an individual and help you achieve your goals!

Apr 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, May 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22
COST: $210 ($150 concession/students)
Mondays and Wednesdays 5-6pm & 6-7pm
May 27, 29, June 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19 (only 4 weeks!)
Cost: $140 ($100 concession/students)
