The Yoga and Fitness Studio in Townsville, QLD offers an incredible range of activities, all directed towards improving your fitness, strength, toning, weight-loss, wellness, health and happiness.

While you can read about the range of classes we teach, we currently offer: Beginners Yoga classes, General Yoga classes, Chair Yoga classes, Pregnancy Yoga classes, Fitness Challenge, Boxing for Fitnessand Personal Training.

Our qualifications and years of experience are reflected in the quality of our teaching. We are committed to the physical, emotional, mental, energetic & spiritual growth, and the transformation of our students. We give attention to detail that ensures that each student is given individual advice and support.
